Hello I’m Steffanii but everyone calls me Steff.
I moved here about 5 years ago from Western Australia to be closer to my family. I have moved around a bit, been here and there but spent most of my time up in Cairns!
Since moving here I have had a beautiful little girl, she is now 3 years young and my absolute world.
I have a sister who has 3 children and 2 brothers, one who has 2 boys.
If I had to choose a holiday destination to go back to it would maybe be Bagara, near Bundaberg, where I have fallen in love with the scenery and the beach.. really anywhere with a safe beach and good weather.
I say a safe beach because crocs were an issue up in cairns!
I am a Diploma qualified Beauty Therapist but continuously learning and perfecting my skills. I love what I do and love what I am able to do for anyone who comes to see me.
I’m a perfectionist and will always strive to make you feel special and most importantly relaxed.
I have been at Basq for a year now!! Time flies.
Before Basq I was struggling to find my way in what I wanted to do or be.
I can say I’m extremely happy with where I have landed.
My favourite treatments to do are brows and facials.
My favourite treatment to get for myself is probably a little bit of everything in a perfect world…..Definitely massage and facial.

Originally from Tipperary in Ireland, I come from a large family of 11-came to Aus nearly 12 years ago to travel.
I met my now husband and made Australia my life 🇦🇺 My daughters name is Maya Kay and she’s 2.5 years old.
I’m a Diploma qualified Beauty Therapist.
I actually started off doing Cert 3 in Beauty, but then quit my job to do my Diploma (best decision ever!)
I worked at another prominent Day Spa in the area before joining the beautiful team here at Basq.
My favourite holiday destination is Thailand.
My favourite treatments to do in-spa are eyebrows and facials.
I love how a new brow shape and tint can totally change a clients face.
I love facials to relax clients (because life is hard and we all need a little bit of TLC and rest sometimes) and to educate them about the importance of skincare and SPF.
If I were to have a treatment, my absolute go-to is a facial with a Hydrolux, filled with hydration and some LED to wake my skin cells up and get them working!!!!
I LOVE everything beauty therapy it is my greatest passion.

Hi! I’m Sarah.
I’m born and bred in Albury. I moved to Lismore NSW with my now husband in 2007 to gain a University based Naturopathy degree.
We moved back in 2017 with my degree, hubby, 2 little boys and a dog!
I am the Remedial Massage Therapist/ Naturopath at Basq.
I have a Bachelor of Naturopathy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage. I also have qualifications in Sports Massage, Reiki and other healing modalities. I love adding to my repertoire!
I’ve been a Naturopath since 2011, Remedial Massage Therapist since 2004 and have worked in health food shops and pharmacy before I realised I needed a change of environment in 2022…. So I joined the team at Basq and have t looked back!
My favourite place to visit is the Sunshine Coast ☀️
My favourite treatment to do is a 30 or 45 minute remedial massage as there is immediate improvement when the client leaves.
My favourite treatment to receive is a 30 minute sauna followed by a Bespoke Facial with LED or Salt Glow and Hydrate in our Vichy shower….absolute heaven!

Absolutely, especially during busy periods. Please book your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist. Most treatments require a 20% deposit.

Payment Options We accept Eftpos, PayPal, Bank Card, Mastercard and Visa. AfterPay and ZipPay is available in-store for all product, service and gift voucher purchases.

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, please be aware that we have especially reserved that time for you. We request that you provide us with 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee is 20% of the total treatment cost if 24 hours notice is not given. If less than 2 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full price of your treatment total.

We most certainly do! Our gift vouchers are available for all treatments and open amounts. Payment can be made over the phone and the voucher sent to you or the recipient. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years and must be presented upon redemption. Gift vouchers are not refundable. You can also find a link on our website and booking site to online vouchers.

Complimentary on-site, all day parking is available at the front of the spa in Wodonga Place or in the car park next to the building. You will also find ample all-day parking in Ebden Street.

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for all spa treatments. This will allow time to unwind and complete the necessary health questionnaire before your treatment. Arriving late may minimise your spa treatment as we endeavour to commence and conclude all treatments as scheduled.

To ensure all guests enjoy their visit to Basq, we do request noise is kept to a minimum. Please turn mobile phones and other electronic devices off or silent while in a treatment. Please be mindful of the energy you bring in.
